After purchasing software licenses, you will receive an email with the license key. You must activate the license key before adding users to the system. To activate the license, you will need to be connected to the internet to communicate with our online license activation server. NOTE: If you are upgrading from a version prior to version 7.0, please request an updated license key from your account manager or support technician.

Our software is licensed per user. This means that you can install the software on as many computers, laptops or tablet PCs as you wish. However, each time that you add a user to the system, this will use one of your licenses. For example, if you have 5 users that require a system login, you will be required to purchase 5 licenses. If you want to add more users in the future, you can easily request a new license key with more licenses.
