Licensing

Our licensing is based on a per user system. So if your organization has 5 people who will be logging into the software, you will need a 5 license system. The same user cannot login to the system multiple times, which is a security feature and also a way for us to prevent software piracy. Each license purchased comes with One Year of Software Assurance.

This is an annual subscription that includes: email support, phone support, patches, bug fixes and new versions of the software. This reduces the cost of your software investment and keeps your budget fixed from year to year. All the while, having a "piece of mind" in knowing that your software is supported and up to date with the latest version. Subscribers will be billed annually. You can purchase Software Assurance for up to 5 years and lock in the pricing. We can bill you annually or one time upfront.

You must purchase upgrade licenses.You must pay a per incident support charge to open a new Trouble Ticket.

You may install the software on as many computers as you want.

After your purchase is complete, your sales representative will email you a license key. The license key is then entered into the software and activated online. We accept all major credit cards, as well as purchase orders.

If you need to purchase more licenses for an existing system, please contact your sales representative to purchase additional licenses. Your sales representative will email you a new license key and the old license key will be deactivated.

You cannot activate and unlock your software until the license key is activated over the internet and communicates with our online licensing system. Once a license key is activated, it cannot be activated again.

Discounts on software licenses are available when purchasing more than 50 licenses. You can pool resources and purchase for more than one organization to take advantage of volume license discounts. For example, Organization A, Organization B and Organization C are located near each other and all want to use the software. They would submit an order for all 3 organizations at once and receive volume discounts.
