Your database can be setup in the cloud on a secure server in our data center. This service is convenient for organizations that do not have the resources to manage the database server and backups. Data can be accessed with an internet connection in the field or at the office. Data hosting is especially useful for organizations with firewall restrictions or geographically disbursed end users. If your organization requires specific or additional reports not contained in our software, our consultants can create new reports to install into the reporting console. You will be able to use these reports indefinitely and run them on demand. Flat fee charge per report.

If you are migrating from another database or software, our in-house professionals can migrate legacy data to the new system. When data migration is complete, users will have access to both legacy and current data within the software. Requires project based consulting engagement.

For larger organizations who would like personalized training with users onsite, one of our certified trainers will be deployed to your location. These trainers have both real world industry experience and a deep understranding of the software. The trainer will assist in the initial setup and best practices for using the software in the field. Please allow for advanced notice of 30 days. Two day minimum is required. Flat fee charge per day.

Integration services are available for organizations that wish to integrate our software with other systems used by your organization. Some examples might be to pull Requires project based consulting engagement.

Do you have an idea or additional requirements? Our engineers can develop and plug-in new modules for the software to further meet the needs of your organization. If you are considering deploying the software on new workstations, servers, laptops or tablet PCs, hardware systems can be included as part of your sales quote.
